Dr. Mohammed Solaiman, Vice Chancellor University of Information Technology & SciencesSARSPU Dhaka, Bangladesh; Prof. Dr. S.R. Hilaly Treasurer; . Dr. K. M. Saiful Islam Khan, Honorable Advisor BOT,SARSPU ; Professor Dr. Md.
